NEW PHOTO ALBUM NOW ONLINE!

SEE AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE

Welcome to the Hyndman Photo Album web page.

Handed to me by my brother Lee Brown on New Years Eve 2003.

This Album was probably owned by Mary Blair Hyndman (1848-1938), daughter of Samuel and Rebecca (Blair) Hyndman. Born (probably) in Mauch Chunk, Pennsylvania, and died in Denver, Colorado.

Almost all of the photographs are identified in what appear to be my grandmother's handwriting, a niece to Mary. Most them are by Mauch Chunk photographers.

Open to pages 20 & 21. Rebecca Blair Hyndman (left) and her son James Hyndman (mother and brother to Mary). James was killed at Bull Run in 1862.

Comments have been added to most of the photos appearing under their images (scrolling maybe be necessary). And many thanks to all that helped make these photos more than a name. Especially Jack Sterling!
